



April 2010 saw the introduction of the new DSR (detailed seller ratings) star ratings to determine the performance of sellers in the United Kingdom.
This now means that sellers have and can effectively be punished by eBay for such things as being star rated by buyers as having ‘very unreasonable POSTAGE & PACKING CHARGES on items where
the charge was “FREE”.

There have already been many sellers, who, like us, have found themselves branded
“Below Standard -
Whilst we will defend the right to a person having an opinion about something, we canot accept people being punished on a minority opinion alone.
In the past, eBay have used the positive to negative feedback ratio and this was always open to appeal, for example, when malicious feedback was left with the intent of damaging a sellers reputation and/or business.
Here at itmustgonow, we believe that our account has been subjected to such attack but there is no opportunity anymore for us to challenge the decision eBay have reached or the information they have used to reach it.
We are not alone, and it is clear from what many eBay sellers have told us that this does not just hurt businesses, but the lives of the men, women and children who rely on those businesses to live.

To effectively punish a seller because of something which is not factual, is not justifiable and in many cases may simply be
pure fiction...
Is wrong...Immoral...And Indefensible
